Lake Prairie Marketing does not accept returns on custom embroidered or embellished items.

If you are in doubt as to the garment size to order, we suggest that you order sample blank garments to try on for sizing. In the comments section on the order, please state that “Sample blank garments for sizing needed”. Sample blank garments may be returned for custom embroidery; customer will incur additional shipping fees when completed garment it sent back to the customer. Sample blank garments not wanted may be returned for credit within 14 days less a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges – for shipping garments back to Lake Prairie Marketing Group as well as shipping charges for embroidered garments back to them. Be sure to ship returns via a trackable shipping method.

Any products with the Pella Products, Inc. label are guaranteed for one year from manufacturing defects. We will accept these items during that time for inspection and will repair or replace the garment.
