Credit terms are available to approved accounts. If you already have approved credit with us, please call or fax your order. Our fax number is 1-641-628-2460. If you would like to apply for credit terms, please call, fax, or email your request. Credit approval for new accounts may take up to two weeks.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and check. To send a check, place your order by phone and a total will be given to you. Please send your payment to: Lake Prairie Marketing, P.O. Box 362, Pella, IA 50219.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Click on Size Charts and the measurements will guide you to what sizes you will need. Please be aware that embroidered apparel cannot be returned or exchanged. You may order apparel before embroidery to try on for correct sizing.
IS THERE A TRACKING SYSTEM ON YOUR SITE?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Lake Prairie Marketing cannot accept returns on embroidered items unless the item in question is defective. If you are in doubt as what size(s) to order, we suggest that you order blank garments to try on for sizing. This will incur an additional shipping charge. If a garment is defective, it may be returned for inspection. It will be repaired, or replaced, or credit will be issued, at our discretion. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip.
HOW SECURE IS YOUR SITE?
All orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED BY U.S. POSTAL SERVICE RATHER THAN UPS?
Yes you may. Please call or email if you would like this service. Package(s) will be charged according to weight.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we only ship to certain countries due to high risk and fraud. Shipping costs to foreign countries vary. We will e-mail you on shipping costs and whether we may ship or not. Please provide your email or fax if possible.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS FROM THE TIME OF MY ORDER?
All garments with a logo or personalization will take approximately 10 working days. New orders with a new logo will take approximately 14 days.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped via UPS, or another similar carrier.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
$25 and under: $6.00
$25.01 –$50: $7.00
$50.01-$100: $8.50
$100.01-$200: $9.50
$200.01-$300: $12.00
$300.01-$400: $14.50
Add $2.50 for each additional $100 increments over $400.
